The pickup process went very smoothly—the staff at the counter explained everything thoroughly without trying to upsell, which left a positive impression. The lady who helped us with the car inspection meticulously marked every scratch on the vehicle. Even though we had full insurance, she clearly explained which situations wouldn’t be covered. Her sense of responsibility was impressive. When returning the car, the staff member was very friendly and kindly reminded us about the high number of pickpockets at the airport. After the return process, he even escorted us to the terminal. Aside from the driving experience of the Mercedes B-class itself, the overall experience was excellent!
