The service was excellent. On site, they provided a BMW X5, and the next day, due to an accident, it got damaged. Right after the incident was resolved, they immediately replaced it with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The process was simple and easy, with no additional costs incurred.

The rental rates are cheap, but be prepared for long lines. I waited for 4 hours at the airport and had no phone signal during the entire time. This is the only issue to be aware of.

The service was excellent. Due to some unforeseen issues, I couldn't pick up the car on the scheduled day, but the rental company resolved the issue well and extended the contract!
