Very friendly staff, though I haven't driven many other cars and would have valued the offer of a quick overview of the car (eg how to open the fuel cap!) The car was exactly as ordered and very easy to drive.

Price Drop Protector saved me a few pennies - and gave me peace of mind. I loved the option to cancel up to the last hour - though I didn't need it.

Very professional. You can see this company's shuttle buses all over the roads in the UK, and their prices are cheaper than others. Highly recommend for the UK. They didn't push insurance sales either.
