Average, the staff at the pickup service were not attentive and seemed dismissive.

We were given a complimentary upgrade and the car and the process all worked very well. Because I'm AVIS preferred I could skip the incredibly long queue in the main booking hall and go straight to the preferred desk. If I wasn't I think I would have waited over half an hour to get to the front of the queue (which we stood in first before seeing the sign to AVIS preferred)

All worked vey well and when I had a support query it came back quickly with an answer

Nice experience, great car condition, very friendly staff at checking, it was very fast process
