However, when I arrived at the pickup location, I was informed that I couldn't continue with the original order and had to accept a new one.

Extremely efficient and professional. The rental agreement clearly detailed the two minor scratches on the vehicle. You have the option to choose between full-to-full and Relax plans. We chose the latter, paid 90 euros for the fuel, which is about the same as filling up at an outside gas station! Great experience, it would be even better if they didn't require a credit card guarantee like Goldcar used to!
