QEEQ provided an excellent service for a seamless rental.

The staff were excellent, condition of car great and excellent value for money! Only comment I'd make is some guidance on the car itself would have been good - we struggled with the built in sat nav. We could have gone back to the counter and asked but as I had my own one with me we just used that.

Price drop did work!

I rented this car and chose firefly because of the Promotion of $1 a day. However, it turned out of that going from Spain to Portugal cost me €80, and an extra driver cost me €80. They also charged me some strange amount for gas. In total it turned out to be one of the more expensive car rentals in my life. The line was long, I guess I wasn't the only one who liked the promotion. The staff was ok, although they giggled and chatted a lot more than I thought was necessary. The returning of the car was a smooth and quick process, 10 out of 10.

The hidden fees were not as expected, and quite disappointing. Additional service fees and holds on a credit card seem to be extreme. A credit report check or something less related to almost $1,000 in holding fees is too large - even if they are typically returned. The parking details in the specific area were not as clear as well.

Car was better than I had booked, so top marks there. Fell foul of the fuel policy (fuel to empty, but only used half a tank). Drop off at Corvera airport is not good; difficult to find office and where should car be parked? Car not checked on return.
