Very good, excellent service

It was a rubbish car when booked it did say nissan juke or equivalent ant but you only have one ????

All staff excellent at the pick up and drop off. Not the ideal location so it takes time to get the cars to from time to time, but they were more than happy to quickly arrange.

Enterprise were terrible. queued for well over an hour at the checkin desk, then another hour waiting for the car, only to be eventually told that they didn't have a car for us at all. We booked a full sized van, but ended agreeing to take a medium sized vehicle as that was all they had left. we could barely fit out luggage in and had a very cramped and unpleasant onward journey. they weren't able to give us a refund as we had already pre paid. so we paid £550 for a £300 vehicle.... not at all happy.

Like: Staff are nice and give useful information for trip. Car is in good condition.
