There were a lot of people at 9 AM on Saturday morning, but with 3-4 staff members, it was my turn quickly. Very satisfied.

The staff at the rental location were quite professional, patiently answering all my questions about vehicle operation. The car was relatively new and easy to handle, which was very helpful for me as a first-time driver of a right-hand drive car. He didn't try to sell me anything, but I decided to add full insurance at the store for peace of mind. It wasn't expensive, just over 100 pounds for 7 days. Because the rural roads in the UK are narrow, I initially wasn't used to it and scratched the wheels. When I returned the car, the staff said they would hold my 500-pound deposit and refund it after the insurance claim. The refund was processed in a few days. Traveling through the Cotswolds without a car would be inconvenient; the most enjoyable part of my trip to the UK was driving through the countryside.

Overall, it was pretty quick. The car collection took a bit of time. I got a similar model, but the car wasn't great. It was just okay to drive.
