It sucked and a fraudulent transaction!

I went to the US with my husband, and the reservation was under my name. However, I forgot to bring my driver's license and wanted to change the reservation to my husband's name. The service staff's attitude wasn't exactly rude, but there was a hint of sarcasm in their response. Overall, the attitude was quite arrogant.

The car met the reservation requirements, was new with good conditions, and the cost for returning it at a different location was the same as returning it at the same place. Returning the car near the airport includes shuttle service to the terminal, very convenient!

The girl who we pick dates car up from was super friendly and helpful. We requested a Mustang and she was able to arrange that but we had to wait a couple of hours because all they had available at that moment was a Camero but we wanted the Mustang

No fue del todo gentil la persona que me atendio en mostrador, me hubiera gustado que me informara mas sobre el plan para tener acceso a los toll roads que estaban en todo Florida. Nunca supe cuanto me cobraron por gasolina, quisier que llegara una factura a mi correo despues que entregas el vehiculo.

Me encanto su plataforma, sencilla y muy rapida.
