The car was in great condition and very new. The rental process was simple, and returning the car was convenient. The staff had a very good attitude.

When picking up the car in the parking lot, I found it was not the model I had booked (a lower-tier model). I had to return to the pickup store to modify the order and finally got the reserved model.

The staff at AVIS in San Francisco Airport were very rude, especially a long-haired Black girl and a chubby White guy, both had bad attitudes. Initially, they gave me a car with a broken window and many scratches on the door. Later, when I found an AVIS PREMIER service guy on the same floor, his attitude was much better, and he gave me a brand new car.

Picking up and dropping off the car here is very convenient, but there is no service from 1 AM to 6 AM. I landed at 3 AM.

Quite aggressive up selling from the original counter clerk and then there was the disastrous tyre situation on the original car. We will not rent from that location again.
