No vehicles of the same class available, had to downgrade for the same price

After we had paid and thoroughly inspected the car, ready to depart, the staff rudely blocked our car, claiming that some guests upstairs needed this vehicle and we couldn't take it. I explained that we were short on time and needed to get to the Alhambra Palace without any delay. They wanted to switch it for a regular sedan which couldn't accommodate our luggage. Moreover, their reasoning was unacceptable; the type of car other guests use and the cars provided by the rental company are irrelevant to me, and I had no obligation to switch. However, the staff continued to insist and blocked us for more than ten minutes, causing us to miss our visit and rendering our pre-booked tickets useless, leaving us very disappointed.

I booked a Benz C-Class, but I was given a European version of the Buick Regal (Opel), which is clearly not the same class. At the very least, I should have been given a BMW 3 Series or an Audi A4. Giving me a Regal is just a rip-off, I might as well have rented a Peugeot 508 to save money. Moreover, the additional fee for returning the car in a different location had to be paid, but the car rental company insisted there wasn't such a fee. When I contacted QEEQ, they said the contract was fine and that final judgment would be based on the settlement bill. In the end, I had to pay an additional 90 EUR fee for returning the car in a different location.

En la entrega podría haber algún tipo de presentación del vehículo por parte de algún funcionario, solo entregaron la llave en oficina.

Vehículo de acuerdo a nuestra expectativa. Espacio suficiente para el uso que se le dio, atención del personal tanto en la recepción como en la entrega muy atentos. Tiempo para ser atendidos en la oficina de ÁLAMO en aeropuerto de Santiago muy largo. Hicimos reservación para un vehículo automático y solo había std disponible.
