Zeer professioneel en klantvriendelijk. Alles ging vlot, auto was keurig schoon en ruim.

We konden de pick up locatie niet vinden. In de mail stond dat deze in terminal was. Dit klopte echter niet en na telefonisch contact met Alamo werden we naar de juiste plek geïnstrueerd.

The reservation was made with Alamo, but they are actually partnered with Europcar. I've booked cars through them several times, and their service is very professional. Although we booked a category of vehicle like a Renault Scénic, I was worried that it might be a bit tight for five people plus luggage. However, seeing that we had a larger group and more luggage, the staff provided us with a much larger car than the one we booked. Many thanks to the kind employee!
