Overall good, but when we arrived at the rental store, they told us they had no automatic cars left and switched us to a manual. Barcelona is full of hills, and we originally chose an automatic to make it easier. As a result, we had to start on hills all the time... My foot got sore...
The bumper damage was visible on pick Up, the emoloyee took photos of it and said it was in the database. But on drop off they said they did not see it in the system and wanted to charge us for damages. Luckily we had a video from pick up.
Very satisfied! The staff speaks excellent English, communication is smooth. They are proficient in car rental procedures and provide professional service!
