Just stick to your original plan and options and ignore their suggestions. The car had many scratches, probably because I didn't buy their insurance, and they didn't confirm the vehicle's condition or exterior with me. The car's exterior was also not cleaned properly.

The customer service actively recommended insurance and GPS upgrade, but later calls couldn't get through.

It would be helpful to have a contact number for consultation in the future.

The service was great. They gave us a two categories higher car without extra charge because the requested was not available. The counter at the ibiza airport gives priority to the arrived flights versus clients that are already at the island (3 employees on one side, none on the other). That annoyed us but after complaining one employee helped us.

Definitely exceeded my expectations,I got an upgrade to a CABRIO VW BEETLE as they had no mini,s,the desk staff were very professional and helpful .
