There were very few people, so no queueing. The Nissan Rogue I booked wasn't available, and they wanted me to upgrade. I refused, so Dollar borrowed a Buick Encore from Thrifty next door.

The vehicle was in poor condition with too many faults. The service was okay, but the car was not good.

QEEQ is quite responsible, but at Dollar's location, they still recommend insurance and other paid products, which is quite awkward. Overall, it's good; renting and returning the car is convenient.

Overall pretty good. However, the drop-off point for Dollar at Hulhumale Airport didn't match the GPS location, which caused some difficulties for us to return the car.

J’ai loué un SUV Large, une fois arrivé dans l’agence on a voulu me donner un van-monospace en m'expliquer qu’il était mieux ce qui est faut car il était environ 800$ de moins. Ensuite ils ont fait venir à ma demande un SUV qui est arrivé au bout d’1h15, ça n’était pas la gamme louée et de plus il était trop petit pour 7 passagers et leurs bagages. Il a fallut que l’on nous emmène dans une autre agence pour finalement obtenir un GMC Yukon XL conforme à ma location. Plus de 3h perdue mis au total avec le stress qui va avec.
