Very good, I originally booked a Corolla, but they gave me a nearly new Sonata instead.

I've used Dollar before for a long time, and among US car rental companies, it has great value for the price. The staff is very friendly. This time they gave me a Nissan SUV in excellent condition, and I'm very satisfied!

This trip to the U.S., I rented twice from Dollar. The first time from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and the second time from San Francisco to Los Angeles. We had an accident during the first leg, but since we were rushing for a flight, they simply gave us a form to fill out the accident details, which was very efficient. However, during the second rental return, despite no accidents, we were asked to take a form a long way to the front desk. The front desk attended to three people picking up cars before helping us, even though we arrived first. This was quite unsatisfactory.

Waited for 1 1/2 hour for car. There was a whole lot of people waiting, some for over 2 hours. They said there weren't enough people to clean the cars. Then Dollar closed and we went up another floor and waited outside in 80 some degree humid weather. after traveling over 12 hours, 2 legs from England at 9 pm,

THE DESK PERSON WAS VERY CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL OF SOCIAL DISTANCING VERY WELL. THE CAR WAS SPOTLESS!
