Fine car and a friendly lady at the Airlie Beach Counter

Very good, everything went smoothly.

Very convenient, had to wait a bit because there were many people during pickup.

The car was given dirty that too after waiting for a long time and the counter staff didnt even apologise for the dirty car and the car not being ready.

The car shown on the picture was a sedan but i was given a hatchback. I asked for sedan too but was refused.

Car was dirty. Car was different to what we booked and we were given a much bigger car so tried to change it but the girl had left the office. No one was there to answer the phone, even the call centre called them and they didn't answer. She was gone for over 30mins while we waited. We had to take the car and it was dirty everywhere even with crumbs in the front. The lady on the call centre wasn't helpful either. We never got compensation or a call from the pick up office despite leaving the complaint with the call centre.

GPS did not work properly - counter staff arranged a no quibble refund.
