The Thrifty/Hertz representative was wonderful! The rate didn’t populate the QEEQ app reservation discount and she applied it on her end. The representative even upgraded us from a standard compact car to an SUV, complimentary!

Like: No problems with our rental, other than figuring out the fancy controls on this newish model Subaru. Felt like we got a good value, and the staff was efficient. Located offsite from the airport, but they sent someone to pick us up. I was glad I called a few days before and touched base with them. That's when they told me about their shuttle service.

Like: National was the best rental experience yet and I am 70.
Dislike: Great response from counter, A well maintained vehicle. check out and back in was smooth. Not a bad word there.
