Like: No problems with our rental, other than figuring out the fancy controls on this newish model Subaru. Felt like we got a good value, and the staff was efficient. Located offsite from the airport, but they sent someone to pick us up. I was glad I called a few days before and touched base with them. That's when they told me about their shuttle service.

It was great. I had a minor accident in the U.S., with a rear-end collision. Fortunately, I had bought insurance when renting the car and reported the incident promptly. Returning the car was very convenient and there were no extra charges.
