Excellent

There's a quick rail system from San Francisco airport to the car rental point, which is very convenient. However, the car return location at Los Angeles airport was changed and there was no notification, so it was impossible to find the place based on the address given in the order.

At pickup it's in a caravan which no automatic door which is a pair when you've got heavy luggage you just schlepped up a ramp. Kind of forced me to take insurance I didn't want to spend money on. Had to return by Hertz which was a pain since it was unexpected and I was in a rush.

Car condition was not good, really bad experience. Poor customer service

Dislike: The Sun Pass toll system was not explained well. I ended up paying over $10 per day for tolls when I only used tollways to and from the airport. The rest of my driving was on surface streets so I would have saved money by paying cash for the tolls I used rather than paying the flat rate.
