Do not use this company. They won't inform you about many details before you pick up the car. They just try to sell you stuff. I realized I was scammed for nearly $300 when I returned the car. I admit I didn't read the contract carefully. They only provide a contract and a process, not convenience and service! They target non-English-speaking Asians and set traps! If you must use them, make sure to read every single line of the contract before signing! Understand everything clearly! They only follow the contract, there's no service! Their service hotline doesn't work on weekends. Even when I got through, it was just processes and contracts. Once you sign, you're out of luck!

It was great experience hiring from Hertz overall. The price of rental was best ever and the cars were good too. My original car was great but it showed check engine light so had to get it replaced with a different car. Replacement procedure was straight forward. Thanks for the great and professional service
