It all went smoothly!

The contract has hidden clauses and charges high service fees. They secretly deduct from the pre-authorization after returning the car. This is a very dishonest car rental company.

The staff's attitude was poor and they were impatient when answering questions and providing guidance.

Compared to my last rental experience with AVIS, the efficiency and service were vastly inferior. Returning the car early required cash payment, which was very frustrating.

Aucar's airport location is very small, and the insurance deductible is very high. The staff are not familiar with their own vehicles. After we took the car, they asked us to return for a re-check. I would not choose this company again.

Like: The car itself was OK; picking-up the car was not OK due to incorrect information provided by Easyrentcars.
Dislike: The information about pick-up and drop-off provided by Easyrentcars was not correct. It was difficult to understand over the phone correct information when you are in the airport with all announcements, crying children etc. Had to phone three times to get all needed information.
