Very satisfied. I'd like to emphasize that I had two flat tires on the Great Ocean Road. We were a group of five, including adults and children. Although I had full insurance, the local service only towed the car but didn't transport people. It was already past 6 PM and getting dark, so we were very anxious. Fortunately, the rental company sent someone with spare tires to rescue us after more than three hours. We are really grateful to them.

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. The Aucar staff were professional and very helpful, arranged to collect us from the airport hotel following a flight delay. As we were too late to collect our car on the booking day Aucar were happy for us to delay the pick up until the following morning.

The head office staff in the US were superb. They dealt with our issue quickly and effectively when our fight was cancelled and we were unable to collect our car as per the booking. Through emails and telephone calls they kept us updated which we sincerely appreciated.

Great customer service.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The car was damaged and had noted damage stickers ALL over the vehicle which was embarrassing when the vehicle was parked to think people might have thought we were bad drivers. The vehicle itself was dirty with crushed biscuits and cheese in the back.
