Great car rental experience.

When booking the car, there was no notification to call the rental company for a shuttle. So, I waited outside the airport looking for an Aucar shuttle for 20 minutes but saw nothing. I called the rental company and waited another 30 minutes without any sign. It turns out the shuttle was from an unmarked car, and the driver didn't recognize our group of six. We didn't know she was the driver, so she left. We had to call again and wait, which was very inconvenient, taking us two hours to pick up the car. Also, there were no staff at the office, and we had to wait five minutes for someone to show up.

Every staff member provided excellent service. They even drove to the airport to pick me up, which was quite far. Excellent service.

Great customer service. Very accommodating after we had multiple flight delays. So appreciated during a stressful day. Thank you so much.

Car was dirty and the guys objected initially to my request for the car to be sanitised
