Car space is great. Unfortunately it is not cleaned when pickup

The service was very average. I rented a car in Dubai before, and the difference is significant. Basically, there is no service at all. There were scratches on the car, and they only took photos after I repeatedly reminded them. Otherwise, they would just hand you the keys and leave. They didn't explain things like how to use the various car light switches or refueling info. Midway through the drive, a warning popped up about low tire pressure in one of the wheels, which shows that they didn't properly maintain the vehicle before handing it over.

The staff was somewhat careless and accidentally overcharged me. They couldn't refund the excess amount, so they offered a vehicle upgrade instead.

The brakes are too tight.

Both picking up and dropping off the car are very convenient. There are no forced sales of additional services, and the staff are very friendly.
