The pickup staff tried to promote their car insurance, I almost made a mistake and purchased it. The car's condition was average, some parts were already damaged when it was given to me. Some damages were noticeable during pickup, while others were only discovered later during the car wash at drop-off.

Overall pretty good, but they kept trying to sell insurance.

The waiting time for picking up the car was too long, and the staff was not very friendly.
