the car I booked was a bait and switch. Basically I paid extra to book a Jeep and when i showed up the rental company said that even though the rental said it was for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the classification was for a lower vehicle. I ended up with a crap vehicle.

The moaning and groaning from all the customers at pick up is a little contagious. Most people I spoke said "never again"...but I got really nice car, the rate was very good, and they even bumped the mileage allowance for me. So will use them again.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
