I've always used Europcar; their service attitude is genuinely great.

Overall, very professional and excellent.

I requested a Peugeot with automatic transmission, but I got a Jeep. The Jeep was fine but seemed too big a car for those tiny streets in France. Maybe need to have a few more small cars available with automatic transmission in their fleet. I know that the vast majority use manual over in Europe, but some tourists don’t. Overall it was a lovely time driving around beautiful French countryside.

It was easy. Thanks so much for the availability of the insurance package to purchase in advance.

Beware the additional ECO charge applicable to all bookings

Easyrentcars eventually refunded the ECO charge that Europcar added on. great service, took a good while.

Like: The new car, eco to use as not greedy on petrol.
Dislike: Return was a bit too easy on that I only had to leave the keys. I would have liked to sign something that it was returned in tip top condition to avoid any issues afterwards.
