The queue was extremely long, by far the longest among all the rental companies there. The female attendant's attitude was acceptable, but there was something suspicious behind her smile. It wasn't just about hard-selling add-ons anymore; they directly added them to the contract. Even if you insisted you didn't need them, she'd still add them. So, remember to check the contract carefully, review the charges, and don't rush to confirm and sign! I trusted too easily and got scammed over a hundred dollars, but thankfully, the rental platform helped me get back half of it.

Customer service added car insurance without my consent, causing me to purchase duplicate insurance, and they refused to refund.

Clear process, no insurance upselling, just simple inquiry for feedback.
