The service attitude was okay, but the unexplained charges were very confusing. I was charged a deposit twice, paid the rental fee in advance, and was unexpectedly charged again when returning the car. They said the deposit and charges would be refunded within two business days, but there has been no news. Make sure to purchase third-party liability insurance before booking, otherwise, you won't be able to pick up the car.
