The reception area is set up like a hotel front desk with 2-3 staff members, mostly of Indian nationality, including those inspecting the cars. Overall, communication was smooth.

The car was pathetic and very old!! The ROUTES rental agency was over-booked and over-crowded and completely mis-managed. No person knows what he/she has to do and every person does every thing. People keep waiting and shouting but nothing happens. Very less staff to manage so many cars. If you are BC resident you have to deposit $1000 and God knows when they return it back and the credit card is on hold due to this, seriously ridiculous, unprofessional and unethical!!!

Your counter service was slow and inefficient. If you don't fix this people will be one and done. Your area is not clean or tidy especially where the cars arw located. Doesn't seem professional

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

Like: Cheap and clean car
Dislike: Shuttle there and back to airport took longer than I would’ve liked.
