I would definitely use the service again!

They take a lot of time in handing over vehicle after all the process is completed

Understaffed, long lines and long wait times. Doesn't seem to have been organized well. One lady waited over 90 minutes for a car she booked months in advance.

Almost everything was ok, except after we drop-off the car we received an email charging us more money because the mileage... So, we had to call them and ask for the inconvenience. Our car details included almost 1200km per day, thing that we didn't do at all. After talk with 2 employees of Routes they told us that was a mistake and we don't have to pay more. But that's not good, try to make people to pay more, and for sure some people does for not having problems. But make a mistake lying to the customer it's not fair at all. We finished quite unhappy because of that.

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

0 customer service. I needed help to start the car at remote area they did not help me. I’m very disappointed with the service.
