Probably wouldn’t use again

Very satisfied.

Waited at the airport for forty minutes before someone came to pick us up. When returning the car at 8 AM, no staff was present, had to hand the keys over to a non-staff member, and there was no shuttle to the airport. The car was very dirty, the worker just gave it a quick wipe, and the gas tank was almost empty.

They take a lot of time in handing over vehicle after all the process is completed

Car was perfect and practically brand new. Service was excellent - no hard sell for extra insurance was appreciated. Drop off was straight forward - all staff friendly and polite.

They really need to organize their offic, they were going back and forth into the back office. The agent took a phone call while checking me in, they need one person answering calls. When I checked out, the woman seemed to helping multiple customers at one time. After we return the car, most of us are going to the airport for our flight home. They really need to organize and delegate duties.
