Like: Pickup was efficient, as Alamo / National vans were all over. check in was quick. Car was a new Impala, and ran well, and looked great. I fit all of my golf equipment in. Checking was quick and efficient and the van was waiting to bring me back. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT.

I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the parking lot didn’t have any and the other comparable models weren’t appealing. Even though I can accept other models of the same level, the selected one was the most attractive at the time of booking. Most SUVs don't have a luggage cover, so if you leave luggage in the car in outdoor parking for extended periods, the risk is higher in certain areas. The car rental companies I previously booked all provided a luggage cover.

Picked up the car from the kiosk, very convenient and fast! Purchased CDW and EP during the rental, there was a 50cm crack on the windshield when returning the car, no need to pay, return was done in a minute.
