The counter staff were very polite, although they recommended another insurance not included in the comprehensive insurance, called towing insurance. In case of theft or an accident, the company would be responsible for towing the car back. Otherwise, towing fees in the US are very high, so we bought it.

Initial car rented wasn't available so I was provided with a vehicle with much less luggage capacity. Amenities would of outweighed the luggage issue if they worked properly. Monitor for movies on the passenger side rear seat was broken.
