We saw several Chevrolet Suburban SUVs, the type we reserved, parked in the lot, which made it clear that he was being difficult on purpose. After some arguments and taking photos of the cars in the lot, he reluctantly processed our rental.

Long waiting time

When we arrived, they changed our car to a small SUV, saying there was an error on the website and the requested model was not available. Due to our tight schedule, we couldn't spend much time communicating. However, it seemed deceptive. Please update your website information as soon as possible.

After paying the full cost on the QEEQ website, I was informed at the Alamo branch at Los Angeles Airport that I was required to purchase additional third-party liability insurance. This caused a bit of a delay in picking up the car, as this requirement was not previously disclosed on the QEEQ website.
