I wanted a compact and they gave me a full size for the same price.

The car was fine but had difficulty getting the defroster to work properly. Had to leave the window down to see out the window. Additionally, could not get the front windshield to totally clear making the driving difficult.

The young lady T the front desk was polite and courteous. She was friendly and welcomed me and my family with a smile. She was very helpful explaining the process and helped me a lot getting through to get what I needed. A big applause as she was patient with other customers before my turn. I will return.

Ace, in my opinion, is misleading customers about tolls. We spent 140.00 for a program that we would otherwise have spent $1.50 for each of two tolls by paying cash. We were told you couldn't pay cash and going without their coverage would have cost $50.00 per toll in penalties because the toll booths were unmanned. This wasn't true.There were collectors at each toll booth. Going to the Attorney General with this.

Like: Fast Shuttle experience, great customer service, and friendly staffs. We received the car that was better than what we had imagined. Thank you.
Dislike: The rental location is a bit too far, but the shuttle was fast.
