Good value for a midsize car

Yes I was booked the car with medium Suv/ Toyota RAV4. But when we arrived for pick up the car the staff told us the they ran out of SUV car. But we already book the car before. They offer me a small which not much space for the luggage. We have to wait for decied about 10-15 mins then another customer return a Toyota camry car. I ask them for that car. Thay said ok but they did not give me any discount even the Toyota camry is more cheaper then SUV. The staff was not helpful and friendly. Feel very upset for the first time with them. Waste money, waste time.!!

Like: Good gas mileage and budget friendly car.
Dislike: Car had a bad smell inside. Had to buy an air freshener to tolerate the drive after pick up. Think window was left cracked and seat had gotten wet or something. Didn’t like drop experience. Had to walk inside to counter no curbside service - too time consuming.

Dislike: At the beginning they told me that I have to pay another 200$for insurance liability. I was very upset since you told that I am not going to pay anything at the counter. Then they told me that I don't need to pay that. That was a relief.The other point is that they asked me if I like to pay 10$/day for tolls so I payed for 8 days and I used it twice. It would be better if they explained how much does it cost each time because I saw on the highway that I was able to pay it on line

Like: The car rental was great
Dislike: Extra taxes added

Dislike: Put more agent at the desk, there were 2 or 3 instead of 5, when the lineup is so long.
