Avoid Thrifty

Pick-up process was smooth and service was good. But as usual, there's always some confusion around insurance - it seems like the one I got from QEEQ.COM was insufficient and was asked to buy additional insurance so do take note of this. Perhaps, you don't need to buy it from QEEQ and just get it directly from the car rental company in the future.

Booking process was smooth but as usual, a lot of confusion around insurance coverage - I have faced this multiple times at the counter where the staff member tried to upsell more insurance saying that what I got from QEEQ.COM is insufficient.

Car poorly maintained... Blew tire, Old oil, low oil, smelled of smoke, no acceleration... lousy car maintenance.

Small crack in windshield at pick up but no issues beyond that and it didn’t affect the vehicle’s performance.

car was lovely and luckily it was 4wd, though counter staff told us it could be any medium suv and would might have to upgrade. Also did not accept that we had full insurance, even though I had a document. Told us we had to buy daily toll charge for every day of our trip, as all automatic. Just told us a lot of rubbish on all 3 issues!!!
