DO NOT USE locauto EVER! terrible customer experience - spent over an hour picking up the car!

Overall it was fine. There were some issues with the driving license validity during pickup, but it was resolved. The return process was smooth and took just a few minutes. However, the car model was changed without prior notification, and I only found out at pickup. Thankfully, the new car was easy to drive and didn't cause any problems.

Picked up the car at Rome train station and returned it at Milan train station. There were staff in the parking buildings to assist with the pick-up and return procedures, which was very satisfactory. However, the rental office at Rome train station is quite far from the parking building, making it a bit challenging to find the car after completing the rental formalities.

The store location is easy to find and the car was in decent condition. We were upgraded to a hybrid car.

Car was very clean and well presented. Counter staff friendly and easy to talk to. Could not fault the processes for collection or drop off

Use QEEQ regularly and find the process very easy.

We landed in terminal 1 and car centre was in terminal 2. That apart everything else was good
