The GPS provided was quite unreliable, often directing us to toll roads, but everything else was fine. Both pick-up and drop-off were fairly quick.

I was under the impression that the vehicle class I reserved would be all wheel drive, which it wasn't. But the car was new and overall reliable and in great condition. I hardly needed any money in gas. It just looks like they didn't have time to really clean the car before I got it. But I mentioned that at the drop off and customer service was great.

Loved the price drop option. Also, response time on my question about the rental was great. I will definitely use queeq again.
