Very satisfied. You can smoothly pick up the car with your domestic driver's license and a translation. The staff is very friendly, and you can choose from similar models. At first, we picked a convertible, but since we had a lot of luggage, they replaced it with a four-door Jeep for us.

Like: I did reserve a kia or similar, but I got a larger car. At first I was not sure about the choice. After diving it to Phoenix the cost of gas was not all that bad. Great job. When I did turn in the car they put a surcharge on the gas. I call the Abilene office an informed him of my problem. I let him know I pick the car up empty and turn it in empty. They charged me a service charge for car being brought in empty. Jacob took care of the problem right away, GREAT JOB Jacob. Over all very good work. Like: Collecting the car was super convenient.
Dislike: The car had a cracked wind screen which we only realized after we drove out about 30 min. We then had to drive back to change the car. But the change process was super quick and easy.
