Self-service car pickup, the vehicle is very new, convenient return process, no additional options required.

No waiting, great service

Terrible customer service, we waited in chaos for more than an hour to pick up our car in downtown San Francisco. The staff appeared to be trying but there was no system in place meaning their efforts didnt really help. On dropping off our car we spent an hour ensuring that we didnt have to pay for a GPS system that we were never given. The car was cheap to rent, a new model (but dirty inside) but the inconvenience of pick up and drop off would ensure that I will never use Alamo again
