The counter service attitude was not good. We had booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they firmly said there was none available, and we had no choice but to take a Hyundai. I started the pick-up process at 8:45 but didn't get the car until 9:30, though my reservation was for 9:00. 3. Although I prepaid, the reserved car model was not available. Initially, they said it was being washed, but after half an hour, they said there was no car available and could only upgrade us to an oversized SUV (a model not found in China), which was very difficult to drive. However, the manager who upgraded us was Chinese and had a decent attitude.

No upselling, but there were too many customers, so it took an hour to get the car.
