Car was dirty when I got it...I actually had to clean it. This car was heavily scratched and dented. There was also a cap on the back of the car that would fall and hang everytime I drove, I would have to slot it back in each and every time I parked with concern that someone would pull it out. ( I have pictures ). Upon my return, they didn't even got up from the front desk, didn't want to walk around the car to inspect that I had made zero damage, he just asked me if I filled the tank. I always rent from Avis at this location and this is the second time in a row that the car is dirty. I don't typically right reviews but this time was not acceptable. Not sure I will rent from them again.

Picking up the car was very convenient and quick. Since we had a lot of luggage, we temporarily switched to a larger car, and the additional cost was very reasonable. Returning the car was done in a second, amazing!
