Very satisfied. You can smoothly pick up the car with your domestic driver's license and a translation. The staff is very friendly, and you can choose from similar models. At first, we picked a convertible, but since we had a lot of luggage, they replaced it with a four-door Jeep for us.

Dislike: The vehicle was not ready for me at the time of pick up. It had to be washed, cleaned and prepped for pick up before I could take it. The staff didn't even know they were supposed to have a truck rental ready for me.

Like: Brand new 2018 model for the vehicle I reserved.
Dislike: Faulty printer made the printing of invoices and receipts time-consuming.
