First, they extended a trip of less than 4 days to 5 days, and the official confirmation receipt was higher than the booked price. They insisted I sign it first before I could raise objections. When I requested intervention from the car rental platform, it hardly made any difference. Only after continuous demands did they change it back to 4 days. During a vehicle inspection, I was dissatisfied and asked for an upgrade. They only mentioned a $15 daily upgrade fee but didn't inform me about an additional fee or tax of about 200 yuan, which is outright robbery.

At first, the staff admitted that I had prepaid all the fees and said they wouldn't charge me again. But I immediately received a notification that my credit card was being pre-authorized for $1000. When I asked them, they told me to call the headquarters. The headquarters staff on the phone said the car rental company hadn't received payment from the rental platform. I called the rental platform, and they told me they settle accounts monthly with the rental company, and assured me there wouldn't be double billing. But in the end, I was double charged! Although the rental platform eventually refunded my money, I lost time and suffered from the exchange rate disparity!

The rental process was quick, but the staff's professionalism is questionable. They didn't provide me with a contract, and when I asked, they said it wasn't necessary. In previous rentals with AVIS, I always received a contract. I rented a mid-sized SUV and received a Nissan ROGUE with nearly 20,000 miles on it, which didn't feel good. It indeed broke down five days later on the highway. The most unsatisfactory part was NATIONAL's slow road assistance response. I called them at 10 AM when the car broke down, and it wasn't resolved until after 2 PM. There seemed to be communication issues between NATIONAL and AAA, the roadside assistance company. Fortunately, a highway patrol officer helped call AAA who then towed the car back to Las Vegas airport. The tow truck driver communicated with NATIONAL staff as required by the officer. At LAS, the staff couldn't understand why I didn't receive a contract at LAX and printed a new one for me. The LAS staff seemed more professional than the LAX staff.

Like: I did reserve a kia or similar, but I got a larger car. At first I was not sure about the choice. After diving it to Phoenix the cost of gas was not all that bad. Great job. When I did turn in the car they put a surcharge on the gas. I call the Abilene office an informed him of my problem. I let him know I pick the car up empty and turn it in empty. They charged me a service charge for car being brought in empty. Jacob took care of the problem right away, GREAT JOB Jacob. Over all very good work. Thank you I would most diffidently use your device again.
Dislike: There was nothing I did not like, over all , great job.
