No, I didn’t get the car I chose. I had ordered Skoda Octavia but it seems the supplier doesn’t have any. Vehicle I received was smaller and was available for a lesser price when I made the bookings. I paid higher for the car I chose.

Staff very helpful with great sense of humor when you forget your license and have to come back 2 hours later. Would recommend.

I arrived an hour after the time indicated. The person at the counter told me I would need to wait an additional 30 mins, because I was late. This didn't make a huge amount of sense to me as they didn't appear to be busy... Also, she clearly had all my details already but insisted on typing them all into her own system again. The car was fine. Ok condition but smelled too strongly of air freshener.
