Even if you set it to 'Parking P3 - Parking Officiel - Aéroport Paris-Orly,' after entering the airport highway, you should turn left to enter the parking building. However, the navigation keeps directing you to turn right, preventing you from entering the building and leading you to circle around the airport. Trust Waze navigation; it is much more accurate. Alternatively, follow the ground signs for P3 and the 'Location Car Rental' sign ahead, which will lead you directly into the building and to the underground parking on the 3rd floor, where all the rental car parking spaces are located.

Even early in the morning, there's a queue right after they open. I didn't get the Alfa Romeo I booked; they gave me a hybrid Toyota instead, and the deposit is higher than other companies. The inspection form didn't carefully record all vehicle scratches; luckily, I noticed and made them add two more. Otherwise, returning the car would have been a disaster. This was the strictest car return inspection I've ever experienced in Europe!

Service du personnel ne nous a pas prévenus de dommages sur la voiture. il ne nous a pas expliqué comment conduire la voiture (c'était une voiture hybride). La voiture n'était pas au bon endroit qu'on nous avait dit et il n'y avait personne à qui demander. Nous avons perdu trop de temps et nous avons été stressés. Je pense que quelqu'un aurait dû nous accompagner pour voir si tout allait bien pour la voiture.
