The experience was okay. The speed limit was 60 km/h, but I drove at 63 km/h and was fined over 1000 yuan for speeding.

Both pickup and return were very convenient.

When picking up the car, no staff confirmed the car's condition before letting customers drive off. Later, they blamed existing scratches on the customers. Customer service response was extremely slow and inefficient; it has been three months and there's still no resolution. If you rent from this company, be very cautious. Make sure to video record the car from all angles before picking it up to protect yourself.

The reserved car model was unavailable, and Europcar downgraded us to a different car. Communication with customer service was futile. We waited nearly two hours with hungry children. It's unclear if it was discrimination against Chinese people or just poor service from the rental company. The experience was extremely disappointing!

On the second day of the rental, the tire had an issue and the car couldn't be driven. Called over thirty times and no solution was provided. Ended up having to stay overnight in a nearby town. The next morning, made over ten more calls and ultimately had to drive the problematic car to a nearby repair shop to get an old tire replaced, then drove over a hundred kilometers to Melbourne to get a new one. Wasted an entire day, and I had three kids and my wife with me! Terrible service!
