The car I got was good and with the winter tyres I specifically wanted. I even got tyre socks too.

All very good and will definately use again.

Service attitude was mediocre and not very patient.

No queue. The clerk asked if I could drive a manual car, I said no. So my reserved automatic Polo was changed to a Fiat 500, which was even smaller than the Polo, had poor power, and was very slow even with the pedal to the metal. It felt like I was downgraded without paying less. The clerk also recommended some automatic refueling service, claiming that the price was lower than the gas station and that I didn't need to refuel the car when returning it. However, in reality, regardless of how much fuel is left in the tank when you return it, the company charges as if the tank is empty. It's a scam.

Заказывали машину в для недельной поездки по Неаполю, брали у компании Budget непосредственно в аэропорту. И машиной и сервисом остались вполне довольны. Машина была с мелкими дефектами/царапинами, но никаких проблем при сдаче авто это не вызвало. Выдали автомобиль быстро. По ходу дела пытались, как сейчас заведено :), предложить ещё доп страховку (уточню, у нас сразу было оплачено полное каско), мы вежливо отказались, никто настаивать не пытался. Вернули авто чуть позже назначенного времени без каких либо проблем. Поэтому в целом остались довольны услугами компании budget и непосредственно сайта EasyRentCars!

I loved the Audi A3 hatch I got from Budget. Inside was super clean but outside was not washed. But in one way I did not had to worry about washing when returning the car. It was super easy to pick the car and also to drop it. One of the smoothest transactions ever.

First time user. This platform impressed me to another level. I wouldn’t think of using any other platform for car rentals other than EasyRentCars. Thank you for making this so easy for me.
